Moritz's organically farmed, 120-year-old ungrafted vines in Wolfer Goldgrube are trained using single-pole methods dating back to Roman times. Moritz spends nearly 10 times the number of hours in his vines compared to his neighbor, who farms conventionally and mechanically. The precision in Moritz's wines is breathtaking.
