2024 Domaine Hauvette, Alpilles IGP, Jaspe

Dominique Hauvette is a master of Provençal terroir, and the 2024 "Jaspe" is a perfect example of her "low-intervention, high-precision" philosophy. This is not your typical fruity Provence white; 100% Roussanne with textural depth and mineral tension – this is literally one of my favorite wines in all of France. I encourage you to decant this and watch it evolve. - MT
