2019 Vincent Pinard, Sancerre, Charlouise Rouge

Vincent Pinard is one of our favorite growers. Exceptionally elegant, pure wines made from impeccably farmed vineyards. Charlouise is Vincent Pinard's top red Sancerre, made from Pinot Noir. Sourced from a single plot of old vines, it's a delicate style with fresh, fruity notes like red cherry and damson, with a chalky, mineral finish. It is as elegant and refined as great Burgundy can be, while showing spicy hints and good structure you can expect from Sancerre Pinot Noir. This is really special Pinot Noir and awesome to have some with age on it.
