One of the most awesome and decadent things one can do with their Barolo crop would be to make some Chinato out of it and that is just what Cappellano does. Utilizing single vintage Barolo as the base wine (current bottlings are using the 2014), this infused beauty smacks of cocoa, cigar box, rose hip, and leather. A glorious alternative to aperitivo and vermouth that will also age beautifully for years.
