Vermentinu from 30+ year old organically-farmed vines in one of the steepest, rockiest vineyards in Patrimonio - the Northern most region of Corsica, where the soils are abundant with limestone. Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented with native yeasts in cement tanks, and aged 6 – 8 months on the lees, adding texture. Yellow flowers and ocean breeze on the nose give way to orchard fruits and green almonds on the palate, and fresh saline.
