Il Censo is a farm with well over 200 years of history in the southern part of central Sicily. Gaetano Gargano is a longtime friend of Giampiero Bea (of Paolo Bea) and has adopted his non-interventionist approach to wine making. Il Censo’s Praruar has been a mainstay of our orange wine selection for many years now. Made from 100% Catarratto, it always shows a particularly spicy and bold side of orange wine that is clean on the palate with some whispery tannins on the finish. A perfect bottle for anyone exploring what orange wine has to offer.
